First of all, it is a pay-site. $20/year for a subscription. You can find the details on all that here. So you have to pay in order to register. However, could you please send me the exact link on the idahoman.com website that you are trying to register on? I need to see exactly why that error is showing up the way it is. thanks -

Huh, missed that for some reason. Thanks
Yesterday any page that I clicked "register" on would take me to another page with red borders and a larger ERROR 404 on the screen. Today, it just gives me the standard Explorer "page cannot be found" page/error. This occurs on the home page or any article where you have the option to register.

You said youve been hunting unit 1 more lately and you were around the Moyie recently as well. Are you located in norther Idaho? For some reason I expected that you were from the south.

I haven't been hunting Unit 1, but I've been spending some time up there and getting familiar with the area. I'm in Moscow. And I surmise you must be in Boundary County somewhere.

I see. I actually grew up in Troy... a hop, skip and a jump away from you! I live in Bonners Ferry now, been here for about 6 years or so and have loved every minute of it!

Glad you're loving Bonners Ferry. It's amazing how different of a world it is up there compared to down here in Moscow, let alone how it is in central or southern Idaho. Sure makes Idaho fun.
I've had fun the last couple of weeks seeing territory north of Bonners Ferry, which I've never done before. I've also had fun getting to know the canyons that run down out of Moscow, Troy, Kendrick, and Southwick down into the Clearwater River. Nice elk country. Nice whitetail country. And in some cases, very nice mulie country.

Definitely. There are extreme culture and habitat differences throughout our state! What do you do for work that allows all the exploring? I spent 18 years growing up there and know most of the canyons, mountains and timberland pretty well. Most of my hunting time was spend between Troy, Deary and Bovill though. I have seen some amazing whitetails and elk taken from that area. Quite a few 350+ bulls and 150+ whitetails :)I like that area down there, but love the lakes and streams up here. Haven't been as successfull hunting up here yet, but I don't know the area as well either.

Here are the last nice sheds I found down in that area. Never could find him on the hoof though...
